2 Years Ago Today!

Who would have guessed that 2 years ago today, I would be celebrating Mother’s Day as a grandma! While I am still unsure about liking the upgrade of my status, I am definitely delighted with my little cheeky TJ. He’s such a bundle of joy and I do cherish every minute whenever I take care of him! Though I must admit I have been spoiling him (not rotten yet) and his mom is shaking her head whenever she witness my ridiculous performance to solicit his laughter!

Two years ago on 8th May, Valerie & Ryan flew to Korea for their wedding photography. Now they are busy with their earlier than expected gift from the stork!

It breaks my heart whenever I see my darling sad.

TJ loves his bath time.

He’s crawling fast and the more you call to him, the faster TJ moves, away from you but he’ll turn to check if you’re on his trail. Lol…

TJ can be a handful since he’s very inquisitive about his environment and I do enjoy some quiet time when he’s napping but whenever he’s asleep, I have the itch to wake him up to play. Hahaha…

Tae Jin – the latest and most loveable addition to our family!

There was this auntie, who suddenly started learning to swim instead of going for her usual dance routine everyday.

Everyone was curious and asked her: “Why the change of interest to swimming now?”

Auntie with a look of helplessness replied: “Whenever my son and daughter-in-law quarrelled, she would always ask: “If your mom and I were to fall into the water, who would you save first?”

And because I do not want to put my son in a difficult position, hence I am learning to swim myself!”

Now not long after, husband and wife were quarrelling again, and the daughter-in-law again unreasonably asked: “Now tell me! If your mom and I fall into the water, who would you save first?”

Husband replied: “I don’t have to get down into the water, my mom can swim, she will save you.”

Wife refused to relent: “No, you have to get into the water, no matter what!”

Husband replied: “Then you will surely die, for I can’t swim, and my mom will definitely save me first.”

Happy Mothers’ Day to all my mommy friends here! ❤

Vanessa is currently in Nepal and WhatsApp-ed me a picture of whisky to cheers! I have to run now as Valerie just texted she is already on her way to fetch me for lunch. I wonder what’s for lunch…

Happy eating and bonding! 🙂
