My Best Wishes For You While Anticipating The Wood Horse!

It’s Chinese New Year eve. Tonight’s the most important dinner for all Chinese around the world and I will be dining at my mom’s for Reunion Dinner – 年夜飯. Tomorrow is Chinese New Year, so I may not be online for the next few days, that’s if I can keep myself offline, lol…

As I have mentioned, this will be the year of the Wood Horse, where horse is the 7th sign in the Chinese Zodiac. “Wood” is an element that changes every cycle so the next horse (in 12 year’s time) would be a different horse.

The Chinese phrase 马到成功 (ma dao cheng gong) means “instant win / success upon arrival / gain an immediate victory / to accomplish one’s mission quickly”.

I hereby wishes ALL my friends Good Health and Prosperity in this upcoming year. May the galloping hooves bring you immediate success in all that you do!

You observe these? Same here! We also leave the four corners of our house lights on for the gods of fortune to arrive (make it easier for his vision) 😀

      Happy New Year Kev!

Just these two and a few others – occasionally. We have been whether going for a swim is OK or using dry shampoo. Me? I am waiting till midnight strikes.
