I haven’t eaten this noodles for a long time and boy was it delicious. I want to emphasize that they braised the minced pork with mushrooms (most stalls outside just season the pork ground not stewed).
The fact that used “long’leafed” spinach is another nice touch.
I told Adrian about it and he went for one with plenty of vegetables no noodles.
He agreed, saying it was “damn good”.
