Mongolian Pork Chop 蒙古猪扒.
This dish was not on the menu. The order taker recognised me and recommended I try this.
The meat was tender but not very tender. It somehow assured me that they either did not (or if they did, then very little) use commercial meat tenderiser which is good.
The coating sauce was something like the Pai Kuat Wong most cze char stalls offered but it had black peppery taste to it.
I cannot understand the addition of French fries to a Mongolian dish, is this normal by Mongol standard?
