Tofu with Preserved Egg Cold Dish 凉拌皮蛋豆腐.
This cold dish came later as I “inserted” the order after the soup was served.
I have always enjoyed century eggs and tofu and this was served cold.
The soy seasoning was just nice and the overall taste was clean and refreshing.
