Baby Kailan with Minced Pork 菜心肉末扒芥蓝仔.
The cai xin 菜心 (choy sum) was the preserved type which I suspect comes from a tin or can but can’t verify.
The dish is not local (Singaporean) flavour. It somehow gave me a very Chinese (China) feel to it and if so, this dish could be introduced due to the patronage of many Chinese working nearby.
