Crab Cakes or Crab Meatballs?
These were densely packed with flavoursome gorund meat so much so that I could not detect any juicy flaky chunks of crab meat inside. They were dry but they weren’t moist enough either so the Red Pesto was the saving grace albeit a little salty.
